Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Advantage, or USPS Priority, unless otherwise specified by the customer. There is a 2-3 day processing time for all orders. Orders placed after 2 p.m., or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.

(Please note, certain exclusions may apply, particularly for large orders or during high-volume processing periods. For confirmation of shipping times, please contact us directly.)

UPS Delivery Options:

UPS delivery charges are calculated based on the method of shipping, the weight of the package, the value, and the zip code on the shipping address.

United States Postal Service Delivery Options:

Domestic:

  • USPS Advantage (2-5 day service)
  • USPS Priority (1-3 day service)
  • USPS Express (1-2 day service)

International:

  • USPS International Priority (6-10 day service) Delivery does not include Customs processing and handling time.
  • USPS International Express (3-5 day service) Delivery does not include Customs processing and handling time.

International Shipments:

We gladly ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any duties and insurance associated with their shipments.

Shipping Freight Collect:

We can ship using your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number. However, if the provided account number is invalid or cannot be billed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, plus an additional $25.00 service.

Backorders:

Additional shipping charges will apply to all backorders when they are shipped.

Free Shipping Conditions:

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping to our customers. The terms and conditions for free shipping are as follows:

  • Excludes backorders.
  • Offer is valid within the United States ONLY.
  • Maximum weight: 25 lbs.
  • Shipping method will be either UPS Ground or USPS at Beads Factory’s discretion.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Any additional conditions will be specified at the time of the offer.

Lost Shipments:

In the event of a lost package, all claims must be made through Beads Factory and our shipping insurance provider. We will be happy to replace the lost shipment once claims are made. If the package was shipped using a customer's own UPS or FedEx account number, Beads Factory is not responsible for insurance on those shipments. Claims must be made directly with the customer’s insurance provider.

Address Accuracy:

Beads Factory is not responsible for lost or missing packages sent to the shipping address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we will gladly reship it to the correct address, with an additional charge for reshipping.
