Refund policy

Beads Factory will only accept authorized returns. Please refer to the details below for more information on our return policy.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be processed for in-house credit only, which is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. After 7 days, the credit will be forfeited. If the return is due to our error, we will accept the return without the restocking fee. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email sales@beadsfactory.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, including your proof of purchase.
  3. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return and after inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date we receive your return to process your store credit.

Exceptions

  • For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team at the number below to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Important Notes

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
